Can Whey Slow the Aging Process?

 

Well, we all know what aging is.  Our cells seem to be preprogrammed to slow down and stop functioning properly, and then one day we all die.  However, this process seems to be accelerated by a lack of certain nutrients like vitamins & minerals, including the antioxidant vitamins, and perhaps especially the master antioxidant glutathione.  So if we focus on supplying these vitamins in our diet, or the nutrients that can help our bodies boost glutathione production, like a high quality whey protein powder can, we may be able to slow down the aging process.
